I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff members were very friendly and helped me whenever I needed assistance with anything. They even went out of their way to speak Nepali and Newar with me, which was great for me to practice. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the restaurant, which exceeded my expectations. Moreover, this hotel's location was perfect as it was situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many tourist attractions, including the stunning Patan Durbar Square.

I had a really good experience staying at this hotel. the location was fantastic - it was right next to the tourist area of Durbar Square, so everything was easily accessible. Secondly, the staff were amazing - they were very friendly and efficient. Stayed here over the Christmas holidays and thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of this beautifully restored hotel. the rooms were spacious, with hot showers and comfortable beds. the hotel is located close to a major attraction and yet in a quiet cul-de-sac. the integrated cafe offered great breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The lighting in the bathroom was not up to the mark and there was a lack of shelf space for toiletries. the water pressure was low and we had no water the morning we left.
